Most people think that in order to get fit they need to go to a gym… Well what’s in a gym?
Mostly weights and non-functional machines - meant to primarily train your muscles. Yet, there’s more than just your muscles within your body.
What about your tendons?
Your ligaments?
What about your cardiovascular system?
Furthermore, the fitness industry is full of bad nutritional advice.
Every “fitness expert” is sponsored by a supplement company and sells the belief that you NEED to take pre-workouts, protein, creatine, and other crap to get fit.
Some even sell pills or teas that claim to help you lose weight. All of this costs a ton of $$$ and none of it is necessary.
I personally don’t take any supplements and I only train with my bodyweight.
Now how is this possible?
It all comes down to my methodology of the three pillars necessary to have a functional & shredded life.

MY THREE-TIERED SYSTEM
THE WORKOUTS
This program features calisthenics and bodyweight exercises in a variety of formats designed to turn you into a fat burning machine. Modifications are provided for those with less experience. Be prepared to challenge yourself.

No counting calories or macros. No starving yourself either. If you want a shredded physique you simply need to eliminate inflammatory foods.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS PROGRAM
This program is 100% bodyweight only. You will not use a single weight. However, you will need access to a pull-up bar to train your back and abs.
Beginners will need a rubber resistance band to properly modify certain exercises.
THE AFTERBURN EFFECT
Project Shred utilizes a specific style of training that is meant to cause EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption). This means that the specific exercises and the intensity of the workout has forced you to consume more oxygen. The additional oxygen consumption yields an increase in your metabolic rate for 24 hours or more.
That means even when you’re not training, you’re a fat burning machine!

Every exercise of this program I demonstrate how to regress the movement to make it fit your level. Beginners will need a resistance band to assist their training.
What equipment do I need?
The only piece of equipment you will need is access to a pull up bar. The doorway kind is fine or you can go to a gym, local park, etc. Also a rubber resistance band is suggested for all levels but required for beginners.
Is diet included?
