3) DON'T YOU DARE QUIT
Read these words carefully - "it's not going to be easy".
Embrace them because your health and your fitness is a journey. It won't be easy because nothing great in life is easy. However it can be fun and you will learn a lot about yourself along the way.

What equipment do I need?
You will need access to a pull-up bar (gym, home doorway, public park, etc) for some of the back focused training days.

It is also suggested to use a resistance band as a beginner to better help you progress in your training.
Can beginners do this program?
This is not a beginners program. Beginners should first start by becoming proficient using just their bodyweight.

Only when you have mastered your bodyweight will you be ready to move to weighted calisthenics.
Is this truly a beginner program?
This program was built specifically for beginners. Resistance bands are utilized for exercises like pull-ups and dips to ensure you keep proper form and train in enough volume to see results.
