What equipment do I need?The only piece of equipment you will need is access to a pull up bar. The doorway kind is fine or you can go to a gym, local park, etc. Also a rubber resistance band is suggested for all levels but required for beginners.
Is diet included?
Along with Project Shred, you will also get access to the Frater Diet - an anti-inflammatory, high performance diet plan that perfectly complements your training.
What if I'm a beginner?
This program was built for all levels. Each exercise tutorial includes a regression for those who need it. All beginners in bodyweight training should invest in a rubber resistance band for assistance so they can get enough reps/volume to see results.
Will I see results in 30 days?
In 30 days you will start to see your body begin to change but more importantly, you will start to feel an increase of daily energy, motivation, and even your overall happiness. Repeat Project Shred again for even better results or move onto one of our follow-up programs. The sky is the limit!
How is the program delivered?
Project Shred is accessible via the Calxthenics app on iOS or Android. All lessons and videos are optimized for mobile, however there is also a web application for those that wish to logon or use their computers.
