All of this costs a ton of $$$ and none of it is necessary.

I personally don’t take any supplements and I only train with my bodyweight.

THE WORKOUTS

This program features calisthenics and bodyweight exercises in a variety of formats designed to turn you into a fat burning machine. Modifications are provided for those with less experience. Be prepared to challenge yourself.

This program is 100% bodyweight only. You will not use a single weight. However, you will need access to a pull-up bar to train your back and abs.

Beginners will need a rubber resistance band to properly modify certain exercises.
