Well what’s in a gym?
Mostly weights and non-functional machines - meant to primarily train your muscles. Yet, there’s more than just your muscles within your body.
What about your tendons?
Your ligaments?
What about your cardiovascular system?
Furthermore, the fitness industry is full of bad nutritional advice.
Every “fitness expert” is sponsored by a supplement company and sells the belief that you NEED to take pre-workouts, protein, creatine, and other crap to get fit.
Some even sell pills or teas that claim to help you lose weight.
All of this costs a ton of $$$ and none of it is necessary.
I personally don’t take any supplements and I only train with my bodyweight.
Now how is this possible?
